Construction Drawings / Permitting

Our designers develop our landscapes with all local codes and specifications in mind, although a permit from your local government agency may be requires. We will work with you to obtain the necessary permits for the successful completion of your project, this might require us to develop a set of Detailted Construction drawings.

The cost for these permits and the cost for our time processing the permit and creating detailed construction drawings are not included within the design proposal and may incur additional costs.
