Moving Forward and Client Follow Up

Moving Forward (onto Design Level I)
Upon the acceptance of the design retainer, receipt of your design retainer fee, design questionnaire and required information (Plat of Survey, etc.), the Client Care Manager will bring your project to one of our Landscape Designers and discuss the overall scope of your project and the detailed notes and photographs they took back from your meeting.

Also at this time, our Client care Manager will contact you to schedule a design concept presentation meeting to review the work our designers have created for you. We pride ourselves in client satisfaction and our design process, which allows us to schedule a return meeting within two weeks.

Client Follow Up
Throughout our process, we will maintain contact with you through a series of transmittal letters, via email. Within the transmittals we will summarize our meetings with you, highlighting the important items discussed and actions to move forward, along with keeping up to date with the progress of your project (design and installation). The intension is to keep you involved and informed throughout the project to make it a pleasant experience
