Moving Forward and Client Follow Up

Moving Forward (onto Design Level II)
The intension of Design Level I is to establish the base guidelines for the entire project. Through the feedback you provide us on the design concept and the preliminary project budget, we will propose a Design Fee to create a detailed landscape plan. the Design Fee is estimated at 10% of the preliminary project budget that you and the Client Care Manager have agreed upon. All Designer retainer and Design fees are applied as a credit to the total construction fee that will be proposed to you within Design Level II. Upon acceptance of the Design Proposal and receipt of the Design Fee, our designers will finalize the details of your landscape plan per the guidelines established in the design concept meeting.

Client Follow Up
After your design concept presentation, your Client Care Manager will follow up with a transmittal letter, summarizing the steps you have established to create your landscape design. All notes are forwarded to you designers for their interpretation into your plan. A meeting date will be set (to meet within one week) with you to review the final detailed landscape plan that we have created.
