Landscape Architect/Designer
We are seeking an experienced Landscape Designer with a demonstrated ability to create upscale landscape designs. This position will be responsible for converting client requirements and desires into high quality landscape designs that comply with industry and company standards. This individual will package the designs for effective communications with the production department, supporting the production process on-site and will ensure that the completed job meets the client's expectations and requirements.

The ideal candidate will have two to four years of successful landscape design experience. Must meet deadlines consistently, be results-oriented, and be able to effectively prioritize, manage, and achieve results while handling multiple projects, and be computer literate. A formal degree in Landscape Architecture is desired or its equivalent.

Client Manager
We are seeking two experienced residential and commercial landscape Client Managers with proven track records. This position is responsible for selling our services in an upscale territory by providing horticultural recommendations, creative designs, proposals and presentations. Excellent customer service skills are required. This individual will have the opportunity to grow a territory with excellent marketing and advertising support.

The ideal candidate will have three or more years of successful residential/commercial landscaping experience as well as three or more years estimating residential and commercial landscape services. Excellent leadership and communications skills are required with the ability to meet deadlines consistently, be results-oriented and be able to effectively prioritize, manage, and achieve results while handling multiple projects, and be computer literate.

Maintenance Manager
This position will be responsible for the daily management of multiple maintenance crews. The ideal candidate will have three or more years of maintenance crew management experience. Horticulture knowledge, knowledge of equipment operation and a valid Illinois driver's license are required. Good communication skills and bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Field Supervisor
This position will be responsible for the daily supervision of a landscape maintenance crew. The ideal candidate will have one or more years of maintenance crew supervision experience. Horticulture knowledge, knowledge of equipment operation and a valid Illinois driver's license are required. Good communication skills and bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Spray Technician Manager
This position will be responsible for managing fertilizer, pesticides, and herbicides to turf, trees, and shrubs. The ideal candidate will have two or more years of landscape maintenance spray application experience. The candidate must have or obtain a valid Illinois turf and pesticide applicator's license, knowledge of turf diseases and turf insects. The candidate should have strong horticulture knowledge, be quality oriented, speak some English, and/or is bi-lingual (Spanish), and possess a valid Illinois driver's license.
