Pre-Meeting Preparation

The design process at Milieu Design relies on your feedback and continual input along with our landscape expertise. We keep the client involved throughout the process through a detailed design questionnaire and weekly email updates on the status of their project.

In preparation of your design consultataion meeting, we ask that you prepare the following items:

• Plat of Survey of the property being designed
  The plat of survey is needed to assist in our site inventory and analysis along with creating an accurate basemap of your property. It will also be necessary for any permits that may be needed for your project. (There will be an additional charge for design services if a plat of survey is not available.)
• Architectural Plans / Blueprints
• Design Ideas from Magazines, Books, etc.

We also ask that you review / think about the following to assist us in designing your project:

• Landscape Design Proposal and Landscape Design Questionnaire

• Estimated budget
